Lalmalsawma, who was working as a principal secretary with the Delhi government, has taken over charge as Mizoram’s new chief secretary, an official said here Saturday. “Lalmalsawma took the charge as Mizoram’s chief secretary Friday after the superannuation of L. Tochhawng, who retired from service,” the official said.L. Tochhawng was the first woman chief secretary of Mizoram.
