IRSS Lakhpat Singh Choudhary and IAS Saket Kumar have been assigned new administrative responsibilities at the Centre.
A year 1997 batch IRSS officer Lakhpat Singh Choudhary has been posted as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Coal. He will be serving on his new position from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure upto the date of his superannuation on 31.12.2029, or until further orders.
Simultaneously, IAS Saket Kumar (BH:2009) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce. He will be serving on his new position from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a combined tenure of 7 years upto 16.08.2025, or until further orders, whichever is earlier
