Lt Governor Najeeb Jung today appointed IAS officer Dilraj Kaur as Member Secretary of Delhi Commission for Women (DCW).The move comes eight days after Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had sought removal of incumbent Alka Dewan terming her appointment “unconstitutional”.
