IAS officer Chelsasini V has been appointed as Deputy Secretary, GAD in the state of Kerala.
Through a recently released directive the state administration of Kerala has mandated name of IAS officer Chelsasini V for new administrative responsibility as Deputy Secretary, GAD in the state of Kerala.
A year 2019 batch young IAS officer of Kerala cadre, Chelsasini V is at present serving as Secretary, Cochin Corporation in the state. She will be serving as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Coordination, GAD.
