Two IPS officers have been transferred in Karnataka with new responsibility as per the administrative requirements in the state of Karnataka.
In a recent notification issued by the competent authority has mandated to assign new administrative roles to two IPS officers in Karnataka. The names among the two top cops include Labhu Ram and Manish Kharbikar.
Year 1998 batch IPS Manish Kharbikar has come on IPS Vipul Kumar’s previous position as the new ADGP, Recruitment. Kharbikar will also hold the additional responsibility as ADGP, Economic Offences, CID.
On the other hand year 2004 batch IPS officer Labhu Ram is currently serving as the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Intelligence. Now with the new order he is going to assume charge as the IGP of Vigilance in the Department of Water Resource, Bengaluru.
