The 1988 batch IAS officer of Tripura cadre, K. Rajeshwar Rao has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare from the date of assumption of the charge of the post for a period of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Rakesh Kumar, lAS (UL:1992).
