The Centre has notified transfer of Delhi High Court’s Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva.
On Wednesday, the GoI has notified the transfer of two judges of Delhi High Court Justice V Kameswar Rao and Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva. Justice Sachdeva has been now shifted to the Madhya Pradesh High Court.
In accordance with the notification issued by the competent authority, Delhi High Court Justice V Kameswar Rao has also been shifted to Karnataka High Court simultaneously.
