Tha ACC has approved two names for the appointment to the post of Judicial Member, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal(NCLAT). They are: Justice Bansi Lal Bhat, former Judge of Jammu and Kashmir High Court and Justice A.I.S. Cheema, former Judge, Bombay High Court.
