The 1980 batch IAS fficer of Gujarat cadre, Mrs Vijay Laxmi Joshi has been appointed as Secretary, Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation. She will be serving as OSD in this department until the retirement of incumbent of Pankaj Jain on September 30.
