Jitendra Kumar has been appointed as Director General of Forests, He will also be working as Special Secretary, MoEF&CC.
Kumar has been given charge of Director General of Forests & Special Secretary, MoEF&CC, New Delhi in the Apex Scale in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.
1987 Batch IFS officer will be rendering services under the Central Staffing Scheme of MoEF&CC.
