Jet Airways has appointed Anita Naresh Goyal, the wife of company chairman Naresh Goyal, as an additional director on its board.The move assumes significance in the light of capital markets regulator SEBI’s (Securities and Exchange Board of India) norm for all listed companies to have at least one woman director on board.
