Jayalalitha, Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu has stacked Milk & Dairy Development Minister V. Moorthy and appointed B. V. Ramanna in his place.Ramanna was once stacked from the revenue department, is coming back to the ministry. Governor K Rosaiah accepted the recommendations of Chief Minister Jayalalithaa in this regard, a Raj Bhavan communique said. Ramanaa represents Thiruvallur assembly constituency.
