The 1978 batch iAS officer of Uttar Pradesh, Javed Usmani, whose name is being cleared for the post of Chief Information Commissioner in Uttar Pradesh, Javed Usmani is finally going to take voluntary retirement 14 months prior to his superannuation. He is scheduled to retire in January 2016.
