The 1982 batch IAS officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre, J. S. Mathur, Secretary in the Ministry of Panchayati Raj has been given assignment of the addl charge of the post of Secretary in the Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation from 24 Feb 2017 to 2 Mar 2017 during the absence on leave P. Iyer.
