The 1983 batch IAS officer of AM cadre, Jagdish Prasad Meena who is presently serving as Secretary in the Department of Consumer Affairs has been appointed as Secretary, Ministry of Food Processing Industries in the vacancy caused due to appointment of present incumbent Shri Avinash K Srivastava, IAS (UP 82) as Secretary, Department of Consumer Affairs.
