IRS Ravi Aggarwal has been appointed as new Chairman of CBDT.
A year 1988 batch IRS-IT officer, Ravi Agrawal is presently serving as a Member (Administration) of the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT).
Recently through a notification issued by the competent authority, IRS Ravi Agrawal, has been mandated for the position of as the new Chairman of the CBDT. Ravi Agrawal succeeds Nitin Gupta (1986-batch IRS-IT officer), whose extended tenure as Chairman has concluded on June 30th.
