A 2014-batch officer of the Indian Revenue Service (Customs & Indirect Taxes), Mr. Rahul Kumar has been transferred to the Directorate of the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes & Narcotics (NACIN), Zonal Training Institute in Shillong.
He was previously serving as Joint Commissioner at the Dibrugarh GST & Central Excise Commissionerate under the Guwahati Zone. His substantive posting is designated at NACIN ZTI, Ranchi.
