IPS Ashok Kumar has been entrusted with new charge as Joint Director in the Central Bureau of Investigation.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal
of Department of Personnel and Training for: Appointment of IRS officer Ashok Kumar,
A year 2006 batch IRS officer Ashok Kumar is at present working as DIG, CBI as Joint Director, CBI. Now with the new order he is going to serve on the new position from the date of assumption of charge of the post for an overall tenure of seven years upto 29.01.2026 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
