The BJP has accused IPS officer of violating MCC. It also demands action.
The BJP has reached to Election Commission of India with the allegation that IPS officer Ashish Kumar Singh is strategizing the election campaign for Biju Janata Dal. The saffron party is calling it a breach of the Model Code of Conduct.
The BJP has also filed a complaint with the ECI against 2004 batch IPS officer Ashish Kumar Singh who is currently serving as IG (CM security). The allegation says that IPS Singh has been actively involved in strategizing and monitoring the election campaign for the Biju Janata Dal.
