IPS officer Iada Martin Marbaniang posted as Commissioner of Police, Belagavi in the state of Karnataka.
Following a recent bureaucratic development, year 2009 batch IPS officer Iada Martin Marbaniang has been mandated to assume office as the Commissioner of Police of Belagavi.
IPS Marbaniang is the incumbent DIG in the Recruitment department who now will replace IPS Vikas Kumar Vikash, the IGP of Northern Range.
Marbaniang earlier had served as the Superintendent of Police in Kalaburagi, Superintendent of Police, CID and Head of Police Training College, Yadgir.
