IRTS officer Himanshu Shekhar Upadhyay has now been posted as CPRO of Northern Railway.
Following a notification issued by the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has mandated name of IRTS officer Himanshu Shekhar Upadhyay for the position of Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of Northern Railway.
A year 2007 batch IRTS officer Himanshu Shekhar Upadhyay was earlier serving as Chief Public Relations Officer of North Central Railway in Prayagraj.
