High Court Judges have been shifted in a key judicial reshuffle lately.

Justice Sushrut Dharmadhikari Moved to Kerala HC

  • Current Position: Judge, Madhya Pradesh High Court
  • New Role: Judge, Kerala High Court
  • The transfer is part of routine judicial rotations aimed at bringing fresh perspectives to different High Courts.

Justice Arun Palli Elevated as Chief Justice of J&K and Ladakh HC

  • Previous Position: Judge, Punjab & Haryana High Court
  • New Appointment: Chief Justice, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh
  • The elevation strengthens judicial leadership in the strategically important Union Territories.

These changes reflect the Supreme Court Collegium’s ongoing efforts to optimize judicial expertise across India’s High Courts. Justice Palli’s appointment to J&K and Ladakh is particularly significant given the region’s unique constitutional position and legal challenges.

Both transfers were approved by the President of India following recommendations from the Supreme Court Collegium.
