The 1973 batch railway officer of Special Class Railway Apprentic(SCRA), Hemant Kumar has been appointed as new Member Mechanical, Railway Board & Ex-officio Secretary to the Govt. of India. Prior to this appointment, he was working as General Manager, Western Railway since, 20th November, 2013 and under his dynamic leadership Western Railway attained excellent achievements in various fields.
