The 1997 batch IAS officer of Haryana cadre, Pradeep Kasni who had recently red-flagged controversial appointments to constitutional posts by the Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda-led Congress government has been shunted out of his post as secretary, administrative reforms and posted as administrator, Command Area Development Authority (CADA) and project director of the Haryana AIDS control society.
According to Kasni, this is the 60th transfer in his career of 30 years in the state. The 1997 batch IAS officer has been transferred at a time when governor Kaptan Singh Solanki has sought a report from the state government on the controversial appointments.
