Guwahati High Court is to receive two permanent judges.
As per the notification from the competent authority, it has been mandated that the Guwahati High Court should be given tow permanent judges.
The decision has been cleared by the Supreme Court Collegium. Now the proposal for the appointment of two Additional Judges as Permanent Judges to the Guwahati High Court has been approved.
The two judges who will bear the responsibility are Ms. Justice Susmita Phukan Khaund and Ms. Justice Mitali Thakuria.
