Gurdev Singh Sandhu has been appointed as VC, Punjab State Forest Development Corporation Limited.
Sandhu assumed charge in presence of Forest & Wildlife Preservation Minister Lal Chand Kataruchak.
This is seen as an effort towards strengthening the administrative structure of the Forest & Wildlife Preservation Department. Hence, the Punjab State Forest Development Corporation Limited welcomed a new Vice Chairman today.
The ceremony formally took place in the presence of the state minister of the department, LC Kataruchak at the forest complex in Sector-68. Chandigarh.
Addressing the gathering Minister sounded confident about the appointment of the new Vice Chairman. He said that the new incumbent certainly will take the department to new heights of glory0 chalking out development-centric plans for the department.
Chairman, Punjab Mandi Board, Harchand Singh Barsat, CGM of the Punjab State Forest Development Corporation Ltd, Sanjay Bansal, and Chief Wildlife Warden Dharminder Sharma, were among others present on the occasion
