IAS officer Prateek Jain has been transferred to Gujarat cadre following his marriage.
The Government of India has approved the inter-cadre transfer of IAS officer Prateek Jain, a 2022 batch officer, from the Kerala cadre to the Gujarat cadre.
The transfer has been facilitated on the basis of his marriage to Ms. Vandana Meena, also a 2022 batch IAS officer, who is currently posted in the Gujarat cadre.
Mr. Jain, who was initially posted in Kerala, will now be joining his spouse in Gujarat as per the standard provisions governing inter-cadre transfers for officers of the All India Services.
