Gujarat Government has transferred 16 IAS Officers whereas IAS Dilip Kumar Rana has been appointed Commissioner of Higher Education.
In a major bureaucratic reshuffle aimed at enhancing administrative efficiency, the General Administration Department of Gujarat has transferred 16 IAS officers across various departments and districts.
Key Appointments:

Dilip Kumar Rana (IAS, 2007), currently Municipal Commissioner of Vadodara, has been appointed as Commissioner of Higher Education, Gandhinagar, succeeding Gurav Dinesh Ramesh.

Dr. N.K. Meena (IAS, 2010), Director of Fisheries, will now serve as Municipal Commissioner of Bhavnagar, taking over from Hanul Choudhary, who was holding the position as an additional charge.

Tusharkumar Y. Bhatt (IAS, SCS 2010), MD of Gujarat Informatics Ltd., will assume charge as Collector of Patan, replacing Arvind V.

Manish Kumar (IAS, 2013), MD of Gujarat Livelihood Promotion Company Ltd., has been appointed as Collector of Bhavnagar, taking over from D.M. Solanki.

Arun Mahesh Babu (IAS, 2013), MD of Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd., has been named Municipal Commissioner of Vadodara, replacing Dilip Kumar Rana.
