IAS Gopalakrishna Dwivedi has been transferred within a week of his new posting.
Almost a week ago IAS Dwivedi was transferred as the Special Chief Secretary to the labour department of the Andhra Pradesh government, Now he has again been transferred and was asked to report to the General Administration Department.
A year 1993 batch IAS officer Gopalakrishna Dwivedi was last appointed as the Spl Chief Secretary to the Labour department.
