The cadre of Girish Dayalan has been transferred from Jammu & Kashmir to Punjab on the grounds of marriage to Ms Amneet Kondal, a 2012 batch IPS officer of Punjab cadre. Dayalan is a 2011 batch IAS officer of Jammu & Kashmir cadre.
