The IPoS officer, Gautam Bhattacharya, Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO), Geological Survey of India (GSI), has been assigned an additional charge of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO), Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) in place of Srabani Guha who returned to cadre. He is an Indian Postal Service officer.
