Former Kerala minister TH Mustafa has been suspended for calling Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi a “Joker”. At the meeting KPCC President said, Mustafa had breached the organisational discipline and decorum and he was being suspended from the primary membership, pending further inquiry into his conduct.
