The retired IAS officer, Radha Singh has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairperson of the Board of the Bank. Apart from being an Independent Director of the bank since April 2008, she is also the Chair of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) board sub-committee of the bank.
