IAS officer Prachish Khanna has been entrusted with a foreign assignment as Study Group Counsellor in ITU, Gineva.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the proposal of Department of Telecommunications for grant of necessary permission of the competent authority in respect of ITS officer Prachish Khanna.
A year 1996 batch ITS officer Prachish Khanna has been given the new assignment to enable him to take up the foreign assignment as Study Group Counsellor (P-5 level) with the International Telecommunications
Union (ITU), Geneva. He will be serving there on secondment basis, for a period of two (2) years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
