Five IPS officers of 2005 cadre empanelled for the post of Joint Secretary, Govt of India

As many as 5 IPS officers of 2000 batch have been empanelled for the post of Joint Secretary or equivalent at the centre. The officers are:
1. Swayam Prakash Pani(J&K cadre)
2. Aswati G(Maharashtra cadre)
3. Dinesh Pratap Singh(Punjab cadre)
4. K. V. Sreejesh (Tripura cadre)
5. K. Venkata Ramana( Hyderabad cadre)
