As many as five officers belonging to Indian Administrative Service (IAS) have been transferred and posted at different places in Himachal Pradesh. The officers are:
- 1. Upma Chawdhry has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Social Justice & Empowerment and Language Art & Culture
- 2. Prem Chandra Dhiman will now be Principal Secretary, Education
- 3. Manish Nanda was made Principal Secretary, Printing & Stationary and Rural Development & Panchayat Raj
- 4. Ali Azar Rizvi has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Town & Country Planning, Housing and Information Technology
- 5. R D Nazeem as Executive Director (South), Food Corporation of India.
