The Collegium of Supreme Court of India headed by Chief Justice of India R M Lodha has recommended names of two previous solicitor general- Gopal Subramaniam and RF Nariman to the government to appoint as the Supreme Court Judges.
The recommendation has to be approved by the government, and it was not clear whether the nod would come during the last three days of the UPA government or whether it would have to wait for the new government.
