IPS Vijayendra Bidari has been granted an extension in his deputation tenure.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Department of Personnel and Training for extension in deputation tenure of IPS Vijayendra Bidari.
A year 2005 batch IPS officer of Tamil Nadu cadre, Vijayedra Bidari is currently serving as Joint Director, CBI. With the new order he will continue to be serving on his current position for six months beyond 18.07.2024, in relaxation of IPS Tenure policy or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
