IAS officer Rakesh Kumar Verma has been granted an extension in his central deputation tenure.
As per a recently issued directive by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, the approval witnesses an extension in central deputation tenure of IAS officer Rakesh Kumar Verma.
A year 1993 batch IAS officer of Punjab cadre, Rakesh Kumar Verma is currently serving as Additional Secretary, Department of Water Resources, River Development &Ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal Shakti. He will be serving on the post for a period of one year beyond 28.01.2025 i.e. up to 28.01.2026 or until further orders.
