Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pension has generate an order that all public Servants including the central government employees also are under the Lokpal and Lokayaukt 2013 and they have to declare assets and liabilities in the manner provided by or under the said Act.
Minister of State in the Ministry of Pesonnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Dr. Jitendra Singh gave this information in Rajya Sabha today in a written reply to a question by Shri Prabhat Jha.
