Eleven cadre officers have been escalated as Joint Director in the Enforcement Directorate.
The Government has granted escalation to as many as eleven officers of Enforcement Directorate to Joint Director (JD) rank. For the first time this is happening that so many cadre officers in ED have been allowed promotion in one go to the JD level.
Under the Union Finance Ministry, the Department of Revenu has lately issued an order allowing promotion to a total number of eleven officers from the deputy director to the JD rank.
A present the Enforcement Directorare The agency has more than 30 JD posts, including at 27 zonal offices across the country.
