Elevation of five top cops has been confirmed to Joint Director Position in the Central Bureau of Investigation.
In a notification issued by the Appointment Committee of the Ca binet has mandated names of five IPS officers for for the elevation. Among them the list includes S Veeresh Prabhu (IPS: 2005: MH), Rajiv Ranjan (IPS: 2005: SK), Sumedha Dwivedi (IPS: 2005: HP), Vijayendra Bidari (IPS: 2005: TN) and Sharada Raut (IPS: 2005: MH).
