The 1999 batch IAS officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre, E Ramesh Kumar, who is working on inter-cadre deputation to Andhra Pradesh cadre, has been deputed as Private Secretary to Thaawar Chand Gehlot, Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment.
