The 1997 batch IAS officer of J&K cadre, Manoj Kumar Dwivedi presently working as Director in the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has been appointed as Private Secretary to Kalraj Mishra, Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
