IAS Topper and author Dr. Raju Narayan Swamy has launched his latest book which is structured as a travelogue. This is going to the 33rd published book by Dr. Swamy.
‘From Bundelkhand to Jharkhand: Musings of An Observer’ is the book penned by A year 1991 batch Kerala cadre IAS officer Dr. Raju Narayan Swamy. In an event at Narsinghpur, Madhya Pradesh the book launch ceremony took place which was graced with the presence of District Collector, Ms. Sheetla Patle, (2014 batch IAS officer).
As a travelogue, the book by Dr. Swamy, encapsulates a journey via the heart of rural India which keeps delving into the complexities of electoral processes in these regions.
