The 2000 batch IAS officer of MT cadre, Dr. Prem Singh, who is currently serving as Director in the Dept of Economic Affairs has been appointed as Private Secretary(Director level) to the Vice-Chairman of NITI Aayog, Sh. Arvind Panagariya.
