The Indian Solar Physicist Dr Dipankar Banerjee has been appointed the new Director to the Indian Institute of Space Science & Technology (IIST), Thiruvananthapuram.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the
appointment of Professor Dr Dipankar Banerjee as Director to the IIST, Thiruvananthapuram.
The senior professor of Solar Physics Dr Dipankar Bannerjee is currently serving as Director, Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences (ARIES), Nainital.
