IPS officer Dr Atul Verma has been appointed as new HP Director General of Police.
The state administration of Himachal Pradesh in its recent directive has mandated name of Dr Atul Verma for the appointment as the state’s new Director General of Police.
A year 1991 IPS officer Dr Atul Verma hails from Himachal Pradesh has been posted as the new Director General of Police (DGP) of Himachal superseding three officers.
Currently IPS Verma was serving as the director general (CID).
