The 1982 batch IAS officer of Kerala cadre, Dr. Amarendra Kumar Dubey, currently working as Special Secretary, Ministry of Coal as Officer on Special Duty in the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, with immediate effect. The officer would take over as Secretary, Department of youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, on superannuation of the present incumbent Shri Rajiv Gupta.
