While addressing on the occassion of IAS week DGP Mr. Javeed Ahmed apprised to all IAS officers about ‘ UP 100″ facility and told that its bringing drastic change in the functioning of Uttar Pradesh police. He said that this facility will also change the working culture of Police, and public will be benefitted by better response time.
Briefing about security arrangement on Lucknow-Agra expressway, DGP said that a petroling vehicle will be placed at every 30 kilometer distance attached with 10 fully equipped vehicles . These all vehicles will be in constantly touch with ‘ UP 100’ headquarter in Lucknow. By this arrangement crime and accidents will be controlled effectively on expressway.
